OUR 3-STEP SYSTEM
We have a three-step system for ensuring our customers are happy and expectations are met:
At the time the car is dropped off, we like to have the customer explain the problem or service required (if troubleshooting or diagnostic is involved in order to track down the problem, we will provide you with an estimate in advance).
For anything more than regular servicing, we will perform a diagnostic to ensure that the cause of the problem has been found.
We will call you for a verbal approval with a quotation on the cost of parts & service required BEFORE beginning any work.
We are strong advocates of proper diagnostic and troubleshooting BEFORE undertaking repairs that may not be required. One of the biggest sources of frustration for car owners the world over is paying more than you expected or paying for something that doesn't fix the problem! This does not happen at Jeremy's Auto Service.
